QUARTZ REINFORCED - PROTECTIVE PAINT From the house of KEMTEX comes an exterior paint that combines beauty of colour and texture with the endurance to withstand all extremes of weather and pollution. That's because TEXCOAT is reinforced with unique quartz granules which make it resistant to flaking & peeling, gives it body, cohesion and adhesion and also strengthens the unique TerPolymer Resin that forms a tough impervious skin on your walls. A highly effective fungicide prevents the growth and spreading of fungi - thus keeping your walls safe from ugly stains and blotches. TEXCOAT is specially formulated to give a regulated flow from roller or brush, so that coats are even and uniform all over. TEXCOAT pigments are endowed with lasting optical qualities and do not fade or discolour with the passing of years. Special ingredients give exceptional capacity, thickness, stretchability and adhesion. DIRECTION OF USE - Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Any previous growth or fungus, algae or moss needs to be removed thoroughly-by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. - For freshly plastered surface, apply 1 coat of Acrylic primer by diluting 1 Lit. of primer with maximum 600 ml. of water. - Allow the primer to dry for about 4~6 hours before application of TEXCOAT paint. - Apply 2 coats of TEXCOAT Paint by diluting 1 Lit of paint with maximum 450ml. water. A gap of 4~6 hours should be given between 2 coats. Ensure that the horizontal surfaces like top of windows are painted with an additional coat for greater protection. - 20 Lits.of TEXCOAT Paint covers 700~800 sq. feet (2Coats) depending on the porosity of the surface. - Suitable for application by brush or roller.
