Born of a thought 15 years ago JNRO ART | D-PSY-N®| INTERIORS gradually germinated and in 2009 took root in Secunderabad. At its core JNRO is a design and build company though the gestalt adage of “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” holds true for us. Our passion extends itself beyond design and build to encompass our reciprocal influence on the space that is inhabited and used in its entirety. Being a family of talented artists, designers and executioners that strive towards the same end is the glue that bonds those that work at JNRO ART | D-PSY-N® | INTERIORS. The unique model of collective onus engenders a genuine sense of ownership and entitlement, creating an egalitarian working environment with a united sense of purpose and commitment. Needless to say this enables us to attract and keep the very best talent and continually provides a creative edge. At JNRO ART | D-PSY-N® | INTERIORS preconceptions do not limit innovation and hierarchy does not stifle creativity. Over time we have found that these values generate a stimulating working atmosphere in which we are able to produce and execute exciting, ground breaking designs that enhance the lives of all they touch. JNRO ART is a label of exclusively upcycled, restored and redecorated items. Not only do we have in-house artisans and craftsmen whose creative energies are we able to harness but we collaborate with artists pan India as well as globally to channel their work and other initiatives into JNRO brands. These pieces of art in various stages of completion find their way to the STU-SHOP which is our treasure trove of artistic finds. Aside from the conventional art works, it is here that old, discarded and unused articles get nipped, tucked, shined, refurbished or overhauled into aesthetically pleasing pieces of beauty. These pieces are then either used in our design projects or retailed so as to make available the JNRO ideology to a larger audience. The StuShop (Studio-Workshop) is so much more than just an office / work area / display gallery. It’s the nerve centre of the JNRO ideology. It’s where ideas materialize into tangible reality. Design Consultancy D-PSY-N® psychology is an exhilarating approach trade marked by JNRO in which we embed the science of human behavior, psychology and sensory science into design. This innovative approach to design has the propensity to enhance an individual’s life and help achieve personal and professional goals by enhancing the space one lives or works in. JNRO designs living spaces that reflect the way people view themselves, who they are and aspire to be. In consultation with our in-house experienced and well established psychologist we provide you with an understanding of the interplay between your behaviour and your surroundings and empower you with a space that will be conducive to your personality, moods and holistic well being. Interior Solutions We carry out various interior contracting and fit out services for our own projects and to a range of third party public and private sector clients. Our services in this space is fairly extensive that includes the manufacture and assembly of wood and wood-based products including doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, paneling and custom built furniture, to name a few, for commercial and residential use. While we possess an in house design capability, we also accommodate execution of interior design schemes and production specific drawings received from clients and third party designers. We typically operate from our project sites and engage in the onsite fabrication and installation of interiors. Project Management JNRO has under its belt several thousand man-hours of project management expertise spanning several verticals and industries including but not limited to the finance, hospitality, ITES, real estate and education sectors. Our services envelop a huge spectrum of supervision services that go beyond the established standard and are based on the principal that Project Management should ensure the successful achievement of every objective that comprises a property development project with construction being just one element of that quest. JNRO’s commitment to efficacy is reflected in our project management process. Being the clients’ domain expert to ensure execution of their vision well beyond overseeing construction is our guiding principle. Depending on when our services are initiated through our management services or those of our vendors and contracts we direct project from the pre-investment stage, to assistance in property location, to determining best utilization of space, to identifying designers, consultants, contractors through to project development JNRO seamlessly entwines and orchestrates the process to ensure peace of mind and financial goals are maintained. Term Contract Term Contract is essentially a service provided by JNRO for design / build firms. This is where JNRO is employed to do the day to day execution of the project on behalf of the architectural firm either because the firm is based in another city or doesn’t have the infrastructure for the same.
