Established in 1993 by Sekar James after 20 years under the erstwhile banner, Black Rose, Master Plan is a firm that prides itself at being at the very forefront of design with an obsession for attention to detail. The firm’s exhaustive list of clientele is a testament to the passion and design excellence of the firm, having completed over 4500 projects to date. Master Plan is involved in the design of a range of projects including residential, townships, commercial and retail, industrial, IT Parks, Hotels and Resorts, etc. The firm’s projects are spread across India, with international projects in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Dubai, Muscat, Bahrain, The Maldives, Tanzania and Spain.
